Splitloop is a puzzle game published by greybits. This policy explains what the app stores, what it shares, and who to contact about it. It is written to be accurate rather than reassuring: where data does leave your device, it says so.

Everything you do in the game is stored locally, in the app's own storage:

None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. There is no server holding your game. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it, and there is no way for us to recover it afterwards.
The free version of Splitloop shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. There are four kinds: a banner at the end of a screen, an ad between games, an ad when opening the app, and optional ads you can choose to watch to unlock a cosmetic instead of paying coins for it.

You can remove all advertising with a one-time in-app purchase. Once ads are removed, the advertising SDK is not initialised at all and none of the above is collected.
Before any ad is requested, Splitloop shows you Google's consent form and asks whether ads may use your data. Nothing is requested until you have answered. You can change your answer at any time from Settings → Ad privacy choices, which reopens the same form.
Splitloop offers optional one-time purchases: removing ads, two cosmetic items, a booster bundle, and a tip jar that unlocks nothing.
Purchases are processed entirely by the app store you installed the game from. The store tells the app which items you own so it can unlock them. We never see or receive your name, card number, billing address or any other payment detail — the app only ever learns "this item is owned".
Your purchases are tied to your store account, so reinstalling the game restores them.
Splitloop contains no analytics SDK. We do not track sessions, screens, funnels or events, and we receive no reports about how you play.
Splitloop is a general-audience game. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact greysonmiller67@gmail.com and we will act on it.
None. We operate no servers and have no database. Because the game has no account, there is nothing for us to look up, export or delete — deleting the app removes your data completely.
Requests concerning data held by Google (advertising) or by the app store (purchases) must be made to those companies, using the links above and your store account settings, because we have no access to it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal data about you, and to object to it being used for advertising. Since we hold no personal data ourselves, those rights are exercised:
through your device's advertising settings, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top changes with it, and the updated policy appears both here and inside the app under Settings → Privacy Policy.
