Rounds is a free interval workout app: 5, 7, 10 and 15-minute circuits of 30 seconds work and 10 seconds rest, across five focus types and three difficulty tiers, plus 30-day challenge calendars. It works entirely on your phone, with no account and no sign-in.

Settings → Your data → Reset app data erases your history, your streak and all challenge progress, and returns every setting to its default. Uninstalling Rounds removes exactly the same thing. Both are immediate and final — nothing is kept on a server, so there is no copy for us to recover or delete on your behalf.
No. A missed day shifts the rest of the calendar forward rather than breaking the challenge. Rounds never resets your progress for taking a day off.
Settings → Ad privacy choices reopens the consent form. That row appears only where the choice applies — in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Everywhere else, your phone's own advertising ID controls are the place to look: on Android, Settings → Privacy → Ads; on iOS, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
The form coach is 3D and needs graphics support your device may be withholding while in a battery-saver or low-power mode. Turning that mode off and reopening the app is the usual fix. Every round still runs, and every timer and cue still works, with or without the animation.
Yes — Settings → Voice announcements. When it is on, Rounds asks your phone to read out the name of the current exercise using whichever text-to-speech service your phone already has. It is off-limits to nothing else.

No, deliberately. It cannot measure either one, and a made-up number about your health is worse than no number at all.
If you are reporting a problem, the three things that help most are your device model, your Android or iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot is worth more than a description. Nothing is collected automatically, so anything you can tell us is genuinely all we have to work with.
