Calm Jar (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is designed to be private and to work entirely offline. This policy explains what happens with your information when you use the app.
Calm Jar has no accounts and no sign-in. It does not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, microphone, or any other personal information, and it contains no analytics or tracking of your activity within the app.
Everything you create and change — your jars, sounds, preferences, and progress — is stored only in local storage on your own device. This information is never uploaded, never sent to us, and never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
Calm Jar is free and supported by ads shown through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and use certain information, such as a device advertising identifier and app interaction data, in accordance with Google’s own policies. Calm Jar does not share your jars, settings, or any personal details with advertisers.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and limit or turn off personalized ads, in your device settings (on Android: Settings → Google → Ads). To learn how Google uses data from apps that use its services, see:
Calm Jar offers optional one-time purchases (to remove ads and/or unlock all visuals) and an optional tip. All purchases are handled by the app store’s billing system (Google Play Billing). We do not receive or store your payment details.
Calm Jar is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
